Who we are

This website belongs to SNA (Saudi Nexus Alliance), a company based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia working in solar energy, agriculture and engineering solutions. For questions about this policy write to info@snaalliance.com.

The data we collect

The site consists of static information pages. It needs no account and has no registration forms. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail we receive what you choose to send us, such as:

• Your name, organisation and contact details (phone number or e-mail address).
• Your project details: location, type of loads or crop, consumption, or the requirements of the equipment you need.
• Any documents or photos you send us voluntarily so that we can prepare an offer.

Why we use it

We use this data to answer your request, visit the site where needed, prepare the design and quotation, and follow up on delivery and after-sales service. We do not sell your data, do not share it with marketing parties, and do not use it for purposes other than the one you sent it for.

What the browser stores

We currently use no analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps only two small technical values:

• A temporary flag for the browsing session so the welcome animation does not repeat while you move between pages; it is removed when the browser closes.
• Your choice on the cookie notice (accept or decline) so the notice does not appear on every visit.

You can delete these values at any time in your browser settings; the site keeps working.

Third-party services

The site uses Google Fonts loaded from Google's servers; when they load, your IP address reaches Google under its privacy policy. The site shows the current weather in Riyadh through a request your browser sends to the Open-Meteo weather service; the request carries no personal data beyond the IP address any connection requires. WhatsApp, phone, e-mail and Google Maps links take you to those services, which apply their own policies. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, request time, requested page) for security and operations for a limited period.

Retention and your rights

We keep contact data and project correspondence for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@snaalliance.com; we answer within a reasonable time. This policy is governed by the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Updates

We may update this policy when the site changes or new services are added, and we publish the updated version here with its date.
